How do I book a tour package with Venus Holidays?
Send us your destination, rough dates and budget on WhatsApp or through the enquiry form. A destination specialist replies with a custom itinerary within 30 minutes (9 am – 9 pm IST). You reserve with a 25% advance and pay the balance up to 21 days before departure — no payment is taken online.
Are the package prices per person or per couple?
All prices shown are per person on twin sharing, with taxes included. Final pricing depends on your travel dates, hotel category and group size — we confirm an exact all-inclusive quote before you pay anything.
Can the itineraries be customised?
Yes — every package on this site is a starting point. Hotels, number of nights, pace and activities are adjusted around your dates and budget. We do not resell fixed third-party itineraries.
Do you arrange flights and visas?
Yes. We are IATA accredited and can book flights alongside your package, and we assist with visas for international destinations like Dubai, Thailand and Bali (visa on arrival guidance included).
Is Venus Holidays a registered tour operator?
Yes — Venus Holidays is IATA accredited and recognised by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. We have been operating from Mumbai since 2009.
